The Philippines successfully concluded its May 9 elections. Countries from all across the world welcome newly elected President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. as he slowly unveils his new administration. Although the president-elect has yet to take clear stances on issues of concern, his administration's foreign policy will undoubtedly see some level of both shift and continuity.
